Rogue One 3d Worth It

The big disappointment for me was that rogue one is being shown in 3d at my local dolby cinema. Seller was top notch. Rogue one underwent the exact same process and even had its 3d conversion produced by the same company that worked on the force awakens.

Its worth noting that abrams made similar comments when star trek into darkness received a 3d conversion like the force awakens deluxe converted rogue one into 3d during post production.

So as the title of this review mentions i saw the midnight screening of rogue one in imax 3d and boy oh boy was it worth it the 3d isnt eye popping it is used to give a real depth of field to the movie right from the start of the film with its opening scene you feel the expanse with not on the 3d effect but also from the extremely large imax screen which takes you into the action of the film.
