Google Maps Turn Off 3d View

Google maps turn off 3d view. Previously on the desktop version when you turned on the satalite imagery there was an option to turn off the 3d images but now theres just the option to turn off labels. I remember using google maps in a web browser in my cheap nuc google maps was in full 3d. Turning off 3d effects in google earth i use ge often to view 2d maps saved as kmz files.
